JACK CARSON PICKARD PROFILE

I was Born in Dallas Texas 5/27/50 then adopted and raised on a Ranch in Weatherford Texas.
I attended T.W. Stanley Elementary, Weatherford Jr. and Sr. High Schools I graduated in 1968.
I attended Texas Tech University in 1969, and then American Intercontinental University many years later where I received an Associates Degree in Business; with honors, in December 2008.

I Married Debbra Morris (Rusty) from Springtown TX, in Hawaii Kai, Hawaii on 11 June 1971 and we were blessed with a son, Travis on April 25th 1975 in Plainview Texas. I am a practicing Methodist.

I had a 22 year split career with a 1 year break, with the US Coast Guard from 15 March 1970 and retired on 1 November 1993. 20 years active 2 years inactive reserve. I retired as an Senior Chief(E8).

I am now back in Weatherford Tx, with my wife of 40 years in 2011, we have been Ranching and working with various companies since returning from the Coast Guard, Radio Shack, The Home Depot, SFX Designs and continue 5th Generation Texas Ranching today.

    • Thanks Mary Lou I have much respect for the name Carson, the lady that ran the Adoption Agency where I was adopted, last name was Carson and my adopted mom and dad loved the name
      and used it for my middle name and yes Heidi and Jeff would be served well with that name, I think. I am so proud of them and their work in Mali and their impact will be lasting in their service to God on these beautiful people and children of Mali.
